Where do you source your products?

All of our products are authentic, factory sealed, and they come directly from official distributors and suppliers.

 

How do I get notified of restocks?

The best way to get notified of our restocks is through our Instagram or Discord.  We post updates regarding our restocks there.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Richmond, BC and we ship anywhere within Canada.

 

How do I pick up my order locally?

Pick up is available in Richmond, BC.  All you have to do is message us on Instagram or Tiktok to schedule a time to pick up, make sure to include your order number!

 

Do you guys offer discounts?

We have sales discounts from time to time and we offer a $5 discount on blind boxes for every 4 purchased.

 

Do you guys offer custom orders on blind boxes?

If you are looking for a specific series of blind boxes that we do not carry, send us a message on Instagram, Tiktok, or Discord.  We will source it and provide you with a quotation.  Custom orders are only available for full sets.

 

Why are there 2 shipping charges?

If your order has a mix of Pokemon single cards and sealed products, please choose the local pick up option for the Pokemon single cards to prevent incorrect shipping charges.
